Accessible Career Connections
Accessible Career Connections (ACC) is designed to serve people with any disability or health condition in Saskatoon facing challenges in obtaining and maintaining employment.
ACC focuses on pre and post-vocational training, job placement tailored to individual skills and abilities, continual follow-up and ongoing one-on-one support to ensure employee retention is a viable option for the participants.
The ACC job placement is modelled around temporary employment opportunities with the goal of obtaining permanent employment through temporary experiences.
Who is eligible for Employment Services?
Anyone, 16 years of age or older, with a self-declared disability who is seeking temporary or permanent employment.
What does Accessible Career Connections Offer?
Employment readiness and discovery of participants skills, interests, and abilities.
Pre and Post-Vocational training, career planning, workplace essential skills training, job maintenance supports and training, employment life skills training, and more.
One-on-one ongoing employment supports and job coaching.
Peer support and networking opportunities.

What is the application process?
An applicant must complete the application form and meet with the employment coordinator to assess their skills, interests, abilities and readiness.
