The Information and Referral program is a core program of the Canadian Association of Independent Living Centres, and all ILRC’s throughout Canada and is available to the entire community.
The North Saskatchewan Independent Living Centre will respond to inquiries relating to Independent Living needs and can provide a vast array of information on a number of topics, such as but not limited to:
- Community Services
- Accessible, Affordable Housing
- Employment
- IL Skills
- Entrepreneurship
When the information or expertise cannot be found in house, the staff will endeavour to acquire the necessary information to meet the individual’s needs.
Consumers may access any of the above information related to disability services provided in the community, or benefits available to persons with disabilities by contacting the Centre at 665-5508 or by emailing our Information and Referral staff.
