Anyone with a disability who is interested in going into business for themselves is eligible for the program. (see below)
Loans are available to entrepreneurs with disabilities who are unable to obtain funding from traditional lenders. |

- Starting or expanding a business
- Purchasing and applying new technology
- Developing marketing and promotional materials
- Upgrading facilities and services

- An applicant must meet with the business counselor to develop or review their business plan.
- A completed business plan is then sent to the loan review committee.
- If the application is approved by the committee, it will then be sent to the administrator of the fund for processing.
Individuals wishing to qualify for a loan must live in Regina or Saskatoon.
